For the Key Remap, change the key function to Mouse Button and find. If you still want a DPI switch button, you can create a new action and have it be a Key-Remap action. Select that and click on your DPI switch tile on the list of available buttons in the Mouse display. Is it toast? I used it well within normal use so not sure what component could have gone so that the mouse turns on but does not function. If you want to disable it, theres a 'Disable' action in the list. There were a few problems at first, as this mouse is known to have a ghost double clicking issue with the most recent firmware, v3.13, but a solution is to just download iCUE 3 and upgrade the firmware to v3.11, then continue using iC. However, mouse wheel still responds to clicking (it activates that 'lock' function that allows one to scroll a page just moving the mouse instead of scrolling its wheel) Win10, system specs filled in forum profile. I can however follow the reset procedure by plugging the mouse in the computer whilst holding the two action buttons, to which the mouse will flash white 5 times before returning to cycling through all the colors. I recently bought a Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro about a month ago. Hi, same problem here, sometimes i boot my computer up just to find out my harpoon is not scrolling. Whilst being wired, I can’t see the device in device manager or in the iCue software (updated to latest version). Obama administration working to fix ACA website issues. The same happens if I go into 2.4GHz mode, and even more worrying: the exact same behaviour is shown when I use the Corsair USB cable to connect the mouse directly to my computer. It will not work but Playstation recognizes that it is plugged in. ![]() It now works on my PS4 but I can not find out how to connect the M65 Pro RGB mouse. Thinking I’d need to pair them again, I’ve simply followed the procedure to put the mouse into pairing mode by holding down the DPI cycle button whilst turning the mouse on in BT mode, but the mouse does not enter pairing mode and the LEDs simply cycle through all colors. So, I had problems with the k70 Lux RGB Rapid Fire keyboard but was able to fix it by changing a switch on the keyboard to BIOS. I’ve been using the Corsair Harpoon RGB mouse for about 6 months, and yesterday I was unable to use it with my laptop over Bluetooth (even though I used to often and both devices were paired recently). ![]()
